Return  and Refund Policy

We’re sorry to learn you’re not completely satisfied with your product. We endeavor to ensure that everything we produce is as pleasurable as it can possibly be, and since all our bodies are different, it can take some time to acclimatize to the unique sensations. Unfortunately, due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken. We hope you understand that that’s in everybody’s best interest, and our goal is only to keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe.

You can return unopened items (with the hygienic seals intact) within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. Please contact us at (info@velora-intima.com) with photos showing the intact hygiene seals on your product box for our review. Once received, we will assist you with the return process. We will get back to you as soon as we have verified all information. This can take about 3 to 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened/used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items

Damaged or Used Returns

Returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject any return if the item is returned in a damaged, used, or unsellable condition (i.e., not in the same condition it was sent).  Used items cannot be returned.

  • If your returned item is found to be damaged, used, or otherwise ineligible for a refund, we will notify you and may send the item back to you at your expense.


Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at info@velora-intima.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and send you instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
