Warranty Policy

2-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we offer a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”) to the original purchaser.

What this warranty covers

During the Warranty Period, if a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use, we will, at our option:

  • repair the product, or

  • replace the product (or the defective component)

What this warranty does not cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or minor variations in finish/colour;

  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose;

  • damage from improper care, cleaning, maintenance, storage, or handling;

  • damage caused by extreme conditions (including weather, heat, moisture, corrosion), or exposure to chemicals;

  • damage caused by third parties, including carriers/shipping providers;

  • products purchased through unauthorized sellers or second-hand transfers;

  • any issue arising from failure to follow included instructions or safety guidance.

How to make a warranty claim

To start a claim, contact us via an email to info@velora-intima.com during the Warranty Period with:

  • your order number and proof of purchase,

  • a description of the issue, and

  • clear photos and/or video showing the defect.

We may ask you to provide additional information or return the product for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. You are responsible for packaging the item securely for return shipment.
