We endeavour to ensure that everything we produce is as pleasurable as it can possibly be, and since all our bodies are different, it can take some time to acclimatise to the unique sensations. Unfortunately, due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken. We hope you understand that that’s in everybody’s best interest, and our goal is only to keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe.

You can return unopened items (with the hygienic seals intact) within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. Please contact us (info@velora-intima.com) with photos of all the intact hygiene seals on your product box for our review. Once received, we will assist you with the return process. We will get back to you as soon as we have verified all information. This can take about 3 to 5 business days.

Please only use the charging cables provided by Velora Intimate for your product. Charging cables can be purchased from us at a preferred rate for existing customers.  Please contact info@velora-intima.com.  We will assist you as soon as possible.

Due to our strict hygiene standards, we are unable to offer repair services. This information will enable us to recommend appropriate next steps, such as providing troubleshooting techniques.

Online orders are usually shipped within 3 days of receiving the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 - 8 days after shipment; be aware that this can vary depending on the region.  You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order, and you can always check the status of your order using the information provided in this email.

If the courier was unable to reach you when trying to deliver your package, they may have delivered it to one of your neighbors, local post office or pick-up point. ​

You can enjoy quality time with your product as long as you like. However, we recommend that you do not use any product for more than 15 minutes – and only for the intended purpose. Please stop using your product immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. ​

Charging: We recommend that you fully charge your product before your first use. When you receive your product, the rechargeable battery is pre-charged for a short period of use and may have discharged fully due to environmental influences. Your product may become warm during charging, this is normal. Please use the charging cable provided in the box. Wait two to three minutes, and check that it’s properly charging.

Yes, you can use your product during your period. The medical grade silicone doesn't interfere with any of your bodily functions and you may find that masturbation during your period may help with any discomfort you experience.  However, do not use any internal stimulators while using a tampon.
